Princess Inonge Mbikusita-Lewanika was born on 10 July 1943 and served as Zambia's Ambassador to the United States.
She was one of two women who stood for the presidency of Zambia in the 2001 elections. She is a granddaughter of Lewanika, the Litunga of Barotseland.
